An intriguing read that captivated me from the very beginning. Running into someone she least expect would transform Tesha's life for the better. Mayhem, and destruction was in Ry's and Jude's future. This book had me a little torn, I didn't know where Ry head was, and or how the outcome of that situation would turn out. Family, enemies, and friends were all by Tesha's side while she was going through it, some praying for her downfall. The poetry in this book was phenomenal. Chris took things to an entire different level, and I soon realized family seriously meant nothing to him. This was a great read!Product details

They finally got to be reunited, but it didn't exactly go how they thought it would. Drama & lies threaten to tear them apart, again. I was shocked at Austin, I just didn't see that coming. August proved to be a really good friend to Tesha & Em. August & Marco need a spin off...... I'm glad that Jude finally got a woman!! He needed one. Emory & Red, love them!!!! So glad they all got their happiness!! I think we need a spin off about the twins also....... I really enjoyed this series & can't wait to see what's next from Ms. May!!
May Flowers has done it again, she may be new in the game but don't sleep on her. I love how she takes her time with her work and it shows. Her work is so detail and well written. Tesha and Ry seems to get pulled back in the bs and drama, it's like when they get rid of one emeny another one pops up. I love how hard they fight to keep their family safe. When Naomi was introduce I feel in love with her. Jude had more emenies and a past full for drama that seems to follow him were ever he goes. We know Chris was a scum bag who didn't care about anybody but his self, was greed for money worth it. You can forgive but it's hard to forget.... I am so happy Red and Emory got it together.. May Flowers ended this series with all your questions answered....
Man I thought Ry had fell and bumped his head I thought he really was feeling the little tramp Keisha!! But I also understand why he did it although I feel like he should have just told her the plan. I love how Emory was a ride or die friend and how protective Red and Marco was over Tesha. I just loved Tesha spirit all in all. Chris got what he deserved you can't just go around hurting people and don't think there is not going to be any consequences. I knew Austin was a snake he was just to quiet. Zoey was jyst as psycho as peanut if she thought that man deserved to live all the evil he did to people! Im glad she was dealt with. I still don't know if I like August but she ended up cool. Im glad Emory and Red finally got married and Im glad Jude finally found love. Im glad Tesha got her happy ending good job!!!
I absolutely loved this book from beginning to end. The story flowed and continued to grab my attention! Some parts Ry definitely made me mad. He made some dumb choices that almost cost him the one who truly loved him! I was beyond surprised at some of the things he did! Tesha was a good woman. Personally at times I believed she deserved better even though Ry did the things that he did for his family. Marco and Red were so protective of Tesha. They were more or so her big brothers and they would never let any harm come her way! Emery was an amazing best friend. Well more like sister! She and Tesha could always read each other. I was glad that the two of them could form that bond with August! She deserved to have genuine people in her life! The bond that all the girls formed was strong! Jude would go to war with any and everyone over his family! He played no games when it came to them! He also deserved his happiness and I was glad when he realized just who brought him that happiness other then his family. The way things ended was great for the entire family! This author definitely did a great job!! Looking forward to more work from this author!!!
This has been a journey to say the least! I've cried I've laughed been pissed off and genuinely happy with every character in this series. Tesha is someone I can honestly try to live my life like as far as always being positive and turning a negative in to a positive and seeing the silver lining in the nastiest storm. She is by far the concrete rose. When I decide to open my heart and let my Mr. Right find me I hope he can possess the same qualities that Ry has. This storyline showed that every and anything worth having has it's trials and tribulations and it's not always gonna be rainbows and glitter but you don't give up. You always fight prepare for the worst and pray for the best.
This was a great ending to a great series I fell in love with Ry he was definitely Bae for real they been through so much as family glad for their happy ending
This is one those books in which you wanna keep up with the characters after their story. Tesha and Ry had to go thru it to get where they needed to be. It also showed that family can be your worse enemy. But that didn't stop their accomplishments. Overall great read and I look forward to reading more from this author. Great Job
